Roasted Pumpkin Seeds Recipe

A super tasty protein snack that's high in the important mineral zinc!
Ingredients:
Shelled, raw organic pumpkin seeds
1 Tbsp Bragg's Soy Sauce
Nutritional Yeast
Cooking Instructions:
Heat oven to 350F
In a bowl, mix raw pumpkin seeds with ~ 1 Tbsp Bragg's Soy Sauce
Lay seasoned pumpkin seeds flat on a baking sheet and sprinkle lightly with nutritional yeast
Roast in oven ~ 7 - 10 mins until golden brown (be careful not to burn!)
